Proposal Development

The Proposal Development module is a secure web-based application for investigators and other research personnel that streamlines the process for preparation, review, approval, and submission of proposals. In addition, the application allows researchers at Penn to meet government requirements as federal grant-making agencies transition to mandatory electronic proposal submissions.
