Proposal Development—Access & Forms

The Proposal Development module is accessible to investigators and research administrators. Investigators have automatic access to the system, but research administrators need to fill out the PennERA Module Access Request Form located on the web in PDF format at http://project.pennera.upenn.edu/project/forms/access.pdf and attend a hands-on training session (see Knowledge Link at http://knowledgelink.upenn.edu for training dates). Once your access is set up, you will only need to authenticate with your PennKey and PennKey password before accessing the system with a standard web browser.

1. Go to https://www.pennera.upenn.edu.
2. Under the "PennERA" menu, select "Proposals & Awards" then "Proposal Development" and click the "Logon" link.
3. Authenticate with your PennKey and PennKey password.
4. Click "Continue" after you get the message that you have been successfully authenticated.
5. At the PennERA Portal page, click "Proposals" in the left menu.
