Proposal Tracking—Access & Forms

The Proposal Tracking module is currently only accessible to users in the Office of Research Services (ORS). For access, users need to fill out the PennERA Module Access Request Form located on the web in PDF format at http://project.pennera.upenn.edu/project/forms/access.pdf. Once you have obtained access, you will only need to authenticate with your PennKey and PennKey password before accessing the sytem with a standard web browser.

1. Go to https://www.pennera.upenn.edu.
2. Under the "PennERA" menu, select "Proposals & Awards" then "Proposal Tracking" and click the "Logon" link.
3. Authenticate with your PennKey and PennKey password.
4. Click "Continue" after you get the message that you have been successfully authenticated.
5. At the PennERA Portal page, click "Proposals" in the left menu.
