Adverse Events Reporting—Access & Forms
The Penn Human Subjects Adverse Events Reporting System (PennAEs) module is accessible to
principal investigators (PIs), clinical coordinators, and staff in the Office of Regulatory Affairs. For access,
users need to fill out the PennAEs "Request for Access Form" located on the web in PDF format at
http://www.finance.upenn.edu/ftd/weblearn/PennAEs/pdf/pennae_access1.pdf.
Once you have obtained access, you will only need to authenticate with your PennKey and PennKey
password before accessing the system with a standard web browser at
https://pennaes.ora.upenn.edu.
