Human Subjects Tracking—Access & Forms

The Human Subjects Protocol Tracking module is accessible to users in the Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA). For access, users need to fill out the PennERA Module Access Request Form located on the web in PDF format at http://project.pennera.upenn.edu/forms/access.pdf. Once you have obtained access, you will only need to authenticate with your PennKey and PennKey password before accessing the system with a standard web browser.

1. Go to https://www.pennera.upenn.edu.
2. Under the "PennERA" menu, select "Regulatory Protocols" then "Human Subjects Tracking" and click the "Logon" link.
3. Authenticate with your PennKey and PennKey password.
4. Click "Continue" after you get the message that you have been successfully authenticated.
5. At the PennERA Portal page, click "Protocols" then "Human Subjects" in the left menu.
